Speaks the languages your team speaks

Modern SMBs are multilingual. Your welder might speak Polish, your driver Romanian, your warehouse staff Arabic or Tagalog. ProdSys lets every person on your team work in their own language — not in the manager's.

Why this matters

Built for the workforce SMBs actually have

Most ERP vendors offer two or three languages and call it "international support." We took a different view: the people doing the actual work in a modern European SMB rarely all share the manager's mother tongue.

🏭
Production teams
A workshop with welders, machinists, and assemblers often has half a dozen mother tongues. ProdSys lets each of them register operations, scan parts, and update progress without translation friction.
🚚
Logistics operations
Warehouse pickers and drivers work in their native language. Picking lists, scanning workflows, delivery confirmations — all localized per user, even within the same shift.
🤝
Inclusive hiring
Skilled workers who do not yet speak the local language stop being held back by your software. The system meets them where they are.
Faster onboarding
New hires — including seasonal staff — get productive in days, not weeks. No bilingual colleague needed to translate every workflow.
Fewer errors
Misread instructions cause real costs: wrong picks, wrong cuts, wrong shipments. Native-language workflows reduce that risk meaningfully.
🌍
International expansion
Open a sales office in Warsaw, a warehouse in Romania, a subsidiary in Germany. Your ERP is already in their language on day one.

How it works

Per-user, instantly switchable

Language is a personal setting, not a company-wide one. The architecture is what makes this practical.

👤
Set per user, not per company
Every user has a language preference in their profile. The same ProdSys instance can run in Norwegian, Polish, English and Bulgarian simultaneously — one for each user.
Switch any time
Users can change their language at any time without administrator help. No reinstalls, no waiting, no IT ticket.
📄
Documents follow recipient logic
Customer-facing documents (invoices, order confirmations, packing lists) follow the customer's language preference — independent of the user who creates them.
Frequently asked

Language questions

Are all 42 languages fully translated?
Yes. The complete user interface — every menu, button, field label, validation message and tooltip — is translated and maintained in all 42 languages. We do not ship partial translations.
Do you charge extra for additional languages?
No. All 42 languages are included in the standard ProdSys license. There is no language tier, language add-on, or per-language fee.
Can different users in the same company use different languages?
Yes — that is the whole point. Language is a per-user setting. Your CEO can work in English while your warehouse team works in Polish, Arabic and Tagalog — all in the same ProdSys instance, at the same time.
What about right-to-left scripts (Arabic, Farsi, Urdu)?
Fully supported. The interface mirrors automatically when a user selects an RTL language. Forms, navigation, tables and reports all render correctly.
What if we need a language not on the list?
Contact us. We have added new languages based on customer requests before, and we will do it again when there is real demand. The infrastructure for adding a new language is in place — we just need the translations.
Are documents (invoices, picking lists) also translated?
Yes. Customer-facing documents follow the recipient's language preference. Internal documents (picking lists, work orders) follow the user's preference. Both work independently.
