Partner program questions

What does the partner economics look like?
Partners earn attractive recurring margins on license revenue plus full implementation and consulting revenue. The exact structure depends on partnership track and territory — we walk through the numbers on the first call once we understand your business.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical onboarding is 8–12 weeks from agreement signed to first customer go-live. That includes sales certification, technical certification, joint go-to-market planning, and your first co-led pilot project. We accelerate for partners with relevant existing expertise.
Is there an exclusivity arrangement?
Not by default. We work with multiple partners per Nordic country to give SMBs choice. Exclusive arrangements (by region, vertical, or customer segment) are possible for partners with the scale and commitment to make that work — happy to discuss.
What if we already sell another ERP?
Many of our best partner candidates already sell or support an ERP product. We are realistic — partners often serve multiple customer segments with different tools. What matters is that ProdSys gets real focus where it fits, and that your customers get honest advice. We do not work with partners who push every product in their portfolio regardless of fit.
Do you support partner-led integrations and customizations?
Yes. ProdSys has a full REST API, webhooks, and a documented data model. Partners regularly build vertical-specific integrations and connect ProdSys to their customers' existing tools. We share documentation, sandbox access, and technical mentorship from day one.
